I take a root-cause approach to wellness. Instead of addressing symptoms, I uncover the underlying factors contributing to your health concerns. By focusing on foundational wellness principles, including assessing diet and lifestyle factors and analyzing lab work and genetic testing, I will help you achieve optimal health with a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan.


*While I emphasize a plant-centered philosophy, you don't need to be vegan or plant-based to work with me.


I offer 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month programs to ensure we make progress toward your goals during our time together.

This includes:

  • Initial Consultation (90 minutes via Zoom): An in-depth discussion about your current struggles/concerns, health goals, lifestyle & diet to lay the foundation for a personalized plan.

  • Personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan: A step-by-step blueprint created to align with your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

  • 2 Follow-Up Sessions Per Month (30-45 minutes each via Zoom): To track your progress, address challenges, celebrate your wins, and make necessary adjustments to continue seeing progress.

  • Unlimited Message Support: To reach out between sessions when you need guidance, motivation, or clarification so that you never feel stuck or alone.

  • Weekly Check-Ins: A simple yet valuable tool to help keep you accountable and help you stay on track.

  • Meal Guides, Recipes, and Helpful Resources: Designed to complement your nutrition and lifestyle plan. Topics include grocery shopping, meal planning, meal guides/recipes, navigating social situations, traveling, and dining out so that you feel prepared for any situation that arises.

The struggle is NOT real: No counting calories, no flavor fatigue, no yo-yo dieting. We figure out why you’ve chosen to take charge of your health and convert that ‘why’ into motivation and action.

I assess your current diet and help you to make healthier choices, while the group helps to keep you on track and accountable. I set you up for success with shopping lists, new foods & delicious recipes, the group provides support, opportunities for feedback, and new connections.

Plant-Based Blueprints Ebook

The blueprints will give you thousands of variations of meals you can make for smoothies, toasts, scrambles, salads, sandwiches and wraps, soups, tacos, variety bowls, pizza, stir-fry, and pasta.

Each blueprint is a “choose-your-own-adventure” experience. You’ll get lists of interchangeable ingredients so you can build your meals by choosing only what you like or what you already have in your kitchen.

You’ll find suggested serving sizes, but the Plant-Based Blueprints are meant to be flexible so add as many or as few ingredients as you’d like.

You’ll also find suggested ways to cut & cook each ingredient as well as tips & tricks for preparing your meals and more.
