Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
1 lb Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4-5 garlic cloves, minced


Instructions:
1. First wash Brussels sprouts, then cut off the ends and cut in half.

2. Add to a mixing bowl & toss with avocado oil, sea satl, pepper & minced garlic. Adjust seasoning to taste.

3. Either roast in the oven for 25 minutes at 425 º F. (Flat sides down, golden brown, they’re done.) or cook stovetop and lightly pan fry.


(If you pan fry then add a bit more oil to the pan, don’t crowd them in.
 Toss & turn over halved sprouts to cook both sides evenly.)
